Coverage period

Every bag comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use: things like zipper failure, seam separation, or hardware that breaks on its own rather than from misuse.

What's covered

Zipper pulls, sliders, or teeth failing under normal use
Stitching or seams coming apart along a main panel or strap
Buckles, clasps, or other hardware breaking without impact damage
Lining tears not caused by overloading or sharp objects

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear: fading, minor scuffs, or leather patina over time
Damage from accidents, misuse, overloading beyond capacity, or improper storage
Damage from airline handling, water damage, or exposure to extreme heat
Bags purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers
