This policy explains what personal information Masco Bags ("Masco", "we") collects when you use mascobag.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to the website, orders, enquiries and emails from us.

- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and, if you choose, gender and a profile photo. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Order details: delivery and billing addresses, the products you buy, order and return history, and messages about your orders.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and a reference number, but we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank login details.
- Return photos and videos you upload so we can review a return.
- Enquiries: details you send through the contact or corporate orders forms.
- Technical information: your device and browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected with cookies and similar tools (see Cookies below).
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders, returns and refunds, and send you order updates by email.
- To give customer support and reply to enquiries.
- To keep your account secure, including optional two-step login, and to prevent fraud.
- To send you offers or newsletters, only if you sign up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To remind you about items left in your cart, which you can turn off from the email.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, only if you allow analytics cookies.
- To meet legal requirements, such as GST invoices and tax records.
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- Courier and shipping partners (Shiprocket and its courier companies): your name, phone number and delivery address.
- Payment partner (Razorpay): the order amount and the details you enter on its secure payment page.
- Email and hosting providers that run our website and send our emails.
- Google: if you sign in with Google, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies.
- Government or law enforcement authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account is active. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Return photos, enquiries and cart reminders are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile and addresses from My Account at any time. You can also ask us to send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, by writing to [email protected]. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Keeping your information safe
The website uses secure HTTPS connections, passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and staff access is protected with two-step login. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you notice anything unusual.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. Children under 18 may use it only with a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
