These terms apply when you browse or buy from mascobag.com, which is run by Masco Bags, Mumbai. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them along with our Privacy, Shipping, Returns and Cancellation policies.
Your account
- You can shop as a guest or create an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give correct details, especially your phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order.
- We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, abuse or fake orders.
Products and prices
- We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we will tell you and you can choose to buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Products are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any amount paid for it.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the address cannot be served, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have paid, we refund the full amount.
- Bulk and corporate orders may have separate terms agreed in writing.
Payment
- You can pay online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or choose cash on delivery where it is available.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing COD orders may lead to COD being turned off for your account.
- Coupons and offers follow the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy, and cancellations by our Cancellation Policy.
Warranty
Masco bags carry a manufacturing warranty as described on our Warranty page. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or damage from overloading.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, copy its content for commercial use, or post false reviews. Reviews you post must be honest and about products you bought; we may remove reviews that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The Masco name and logo are registered trademarks of Masco Bags. The website design, product photos and text belong to Masco Bags and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for delivering products as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Orders are covered by the terms in force when they were placed.
