We deliver across India through trusted courier partners, arranged by Shiprocket.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India. If this ever changes, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order is dispatched
- We usually pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Cash on delivery orders may get a confirmation call or message before dispatch.
- Bulk, corporate and customised orders follow the timeline agreed with you.
Delivery time
- Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Remote areas and some north-eastern and island pincodes can take up to 10 working days.
- Festivals, weather and courier delays can occasionally add a few days. We will keep you updated.
Tracking your order
When your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can follow it any time from My Account → Orders or the Track Order page using your order number and phone number.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes. If it is not available for your address, only online payment is shown at checkout.
Missed or failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver, they usually try again. We may contact you to confirm your address or a new delivery date. If the parcel comes back to us because it could not be delivered or was refused, we refund prepaid orders after it reaches us, minus the shipping cost.
Damaged or tampered parcel
If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please take photos before opening it, or refuse it. If you find a problem after opening, raise a return within 7 days of delivery from My Account → Orders with photos (an unboxing video helps). We collect it for free and refund or replace it, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
